Terms of Use

The rules that keep LearnIQ a fair, honest, and welcoming place for every member of our study community.

What the Service Provides

LearnIQ is an online forum and community hub where adult learners can share study notes, ask subject-specific questions, request peer feedback on assignments, and arrange study circles. We host discussion threads organised by topic, difficulty level, and learning format. The platform itself does not deliver accredited courses or qualifications; it connects members so they can learn together and exchange knowledge.

Your Responsibilities as a Member

When you post content, you agree that it is your own work or that you have permission to share it. You must not upload material that infringes copyright, contains misleading information, or promotes harmful activity. You are responsible for the accuracy of your own study guides and feedback. Respect other members' time and effort: comment constructively, credit sources, and keep discussions on topic.

Peer Feedback and Shared Content

Feedback given by other members is informal and based on their own understanding of the subject. It is not a substitute for professional assessment or official marking. Always verify suggestions against your course materials or a qualified tutor before relying on them. Content shared in study groups remains the property of its author, and you may not republish it elsewhere without permission.

Limitation of Liability

LearnIQ provides a platform for discussion and resource sharing. We do not guarantee that any particular study method, resource, or piece of advice will produce a specific result, such as passing an exam or gaining a qualification. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LearnIQ is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the forum, reliance on member-contributed content, or attendance at meetups arranged through the platform.

Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, post harmful or misleading content, or behave in a way that disrupts the community. If your access is terminated, you may not create a new account to bypass the restriction. You can also leave the platform at any time by deleting your account through the support page.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service or legal requirements. When we make significant changes, we will notify members through the forum or by email. Continued use of LearnIQ after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. The current version will always be available on this page.

We use cookies to keep the site reliable, remember basic choices, and understand which pages are useful. You can accept, reject, or review the settings before continuing.
